Bulldogs Fall To Panthers

The Osborne Bulldogs hosted the Phillipsburg Panthers in a MCL preview game.
The Osborne vs Phillipsburg game at Phillipsburg later in the season will be the game that counts towards the MCL record.

Junior Varsity - Loss

The Panthers controlled the opening tip off. The first quarter found both squads evenly matched, and the quarter ended with Osborne holding a 1 point advantage over P-Burg. The second quarter, P-Burg got some offense going and put 13 points on the board. Osborne managed 7 points. Third quarter action saw the Dogs put up 7 more points and hold the Panthers to 6. Fourth quarter saw the Panthers pull away from the Bulldogs, scoring 9 more points. Final score: Osborne 26 Pillipsburg 34. Osborne shot 33% from the charity stripe.
